Winter Youth Training | 25-26
Our Youth Winter Training at The Base is off ice in season training for boys & girls who are current Squirt/10U, Peewee/12U, or Bantam/15U hockey players.

Training goal
The goal of the program is to consistently maintain and grow the athlete’s athleticism, speed, and strength. We believe training 2x per week in-season is the ticket to not losing all the gains you made in the offseason and a year of consistency for a middle school player will lead to an unrecognizable athlete a year down the road.
